Care fee vs. running costs
2.999 kr. is the monthly care fee. Hosting, database usage, storage and external service charges are specified in your agreement; unlimited or included usage is not promised here.
New features are separate
New functionality, redesigns and major changes are quoted separately before work starts. Ongoing care maintains the existing platform.
The details, agreed up front
Included maintenance time, usage allowances, backup schedule, support hours, response targets, onboarding costs and cancellation terms are confirmed before we start.
