A scouting platform connecting players with Europe's clubs.

Clubconekt helps basketball players get seen by clubs across Europe, without an agent and without cold emails.

Players were emailing highlights and CVs around, and clubs had no easy way to find and compare talent.

We built one platform where players create a verified profile once, and clubs and agents can find them, filter and reach out directly.

What we delivered

  • Website and platform with three sides: players, clubs and agents
  • Scouting profiles with stats, goals and career history
  • Highlight video uploads
  • Direct messages between players and clubs
  • Profile statistics: who has viewed the profile, and when
  • Annual subscription and lifetime access with online payment
  • Verification of clubs and private profiles

One platform, three sides, one goal: getting players signed.

Testimonial

“Players, clubs and agents all need something different from us, and we were worried the platform would end up feeling cluttered. Groundwerk Studio understood the idea straight away and built something that feels simple for all three. We got a fixed price, saw working versions along the way, and launched on time. It’s the platform we pictured when we started.”

#1 Website

The platform has three very different audiences. The front page quickly shows what Clubconekt is and gives players, clubs and agents each their own way in.

#2 Player profiles

A scout is in a hurry. So the profile gathers everything that matters in one place: position, goals, stats, highlight videos and career history, so clubs can assess a player in minutes.

#3 Messaging and statistics

No cold emails. Clubs can message players straight from their profile, and players can choose to bring in their agent. Profile statistics show which clubs have looked, and when.

#4 Subscriptions

One simple price with no hidden fees. Players can choose an annual subscription or pay once for lifetime access, and can cancel at any time.
